An environmentally friendly alternative for chemical disinfection is the ultraviolet (UV) disinfection. This method is often used in industrial, recreational, and municipal water applications, and is one of the most functional methods for deactivating harmful pathogens such as Cryptosporidium, Giardia, Listeria, E.coli, and more.
The ETS-UV systems we carry have been validated per rigorous industry specific standards.
- Validation for drinking water per USEPA UVDGM and NSF/ANSI Standard 61
- NSF 50 Listed (Recreational water)
- Validated to the 2003 and 2012 NWRI Reuse Guidelines
- Meets the requirements of all state and provincial codes, and the Model Aquatic Health Code for recreational water
- Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) accepted for UV pasteurized equivalent water in dairy facilities
